At the request of the Users, the Owner will promptly delete all personal data involuntarily collected and relating to persons under the age of 18.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> The Data Controller holds in the highest regard the right to privacy and protection of personal data of its Users. For any information in relation to this privacy policy, Users may <strong>contact the Owner<\/strong> at any time, using the methods described in paragraph 3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\n\t<strong>Purpose of the treatment <\/strong>\n\t\n<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>\nThe personal data of the Users will be lawfully\nprocessed by the Owner pursuant to art. 6 of the Regulations for the\nfollowing processing purposes: \n<\/p>\n\n\n<ol style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha;\" type=\"a\">\n<li><strong>Navigation of the sites<\/strong>, in relation to the possibility of collecting the User&#8217;s data necessary at a technical level, such as, for example, the IP address, while browsing the sites.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sending of informative newsletters<\/strong>, upon specific request of the interested party.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reply to your requests for information<\/strong>, received by us through the appropriate contact form.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Registration to the reserved area of the sites<\/strong>, through which you can access services reserved for registered users<\/li>\n<li><strong>Legal obligations<\/strong>, i.e. to fulfil obligations provided for by law, by an authority, by a regulation or by European legislation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reception of curricula used for the selection of personnel<\/strong>, through the appropriate form of insertion. A specific information will be conveyed on the relevant page.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Communication or transfer of data for marketing purposes to companies partners of the Owner, affiliated companies of the Owner<\/strong> and \/ or companies working in the following merchandising categories: entertainment and shows, fashion, publishing, cosmetics, electronics and IT, gifts.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n<p>\nThe provision of personal data for the purposes of\nprocessing indicated above is optional but necessary, as failure to\nprovide such data will make it impossible for the User to browse the\nwebsites, register on the Websites and take advantage of the services\noffered by the Owner on the Websites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nWith reference to the purposes referred to in points\n1\/a, 1\/c, 1\/d, the legal basis for the processing is in fact the\nperformance of the services provided through the Sites and requested\nby you (pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the Privacy\nRegulation 2016\/679); with reference to the purposes 1\/b and 1\/f\nreferred to in the previous paragraph, the legal basis for the\nprocessing is your consent freely expressed (pursuant to Article 6,\nparagraph 1, letter 1). a of the Privacy Regulation 2016\/679); with\nreference to the purposes referred to in point 1 of the previous\nparagraph, the legal basis for the processing is to comply with a\nlegal obligation to which the data controller is subject (pursuant to\nArticle 6, paragraph 1, letter c of the Privacy Regulation 2016\/679).<\/p>\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Methods of processing and storage times of data <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n<p>\nThe Data Controller will process the Users&#8217; personal\ndata by means of manual and IT tools, with logic strictly related to\nthe purposes themselves and, in any case, in such a way as to\nguarantee the security and confidentiality of the data itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nThe personal data of the Users of the Sites will be kept\nfor the time strictly necessary to carry out the purposes described\nin paragraph 1 above, or in any case as necessary for the civil\nprotection of the interests of both Users and the Data Controller. In\nrelation to the purpose referred to in point 1.b, the data will be\nkept until you object to the sending of the newsletter, through the\nappropriate link contained in the same or through the procedures for\nexercising the rights referred to in paragraph 3. <strong>The\nmechanism for subscribing to the newsletter is managed by a &#8220;Double\nopt-in&#8221; system<\/strong> (also known as confirmed\nopt-in), which provides for a further step to confirm the\nsubscription. Once you have filled in the form and sent the request,\nyou must click on the confirmation email sent automatically to your\nemail address. This method is used to ensure that the email address\nyou enter is valid and actually owned by the person concerned.  If\nyou do not confirm your registration, your data will be deleted\nwithin 30 days from our systems. A message may be sent (email or\nmobile, if inserted) to remind you that you must confirm your\nsubscription after a few days, if not completed by the person\nconcerned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n<strong>Scope of communication and diffusion of personal data<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nThe personal data of the Users may be disclosed to the\nemployees and\/or collaborators of the Data Controller in charge of\nmanaging the Sites. These subjects, who are formally appointed by the\nData Controller as &#8220;authorised users&#8221;, will process the\nUser&#8217;s data exclusively for the purposes indicated in this\ninformation notice and in compliance with the provisions of the\nApplicable Law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nThe personal data of Users may also be disclosed to\nthird parties who may process personal data on behalf of the Data\nController as &#8220;<strong>External Data Processors<\/strong>&#8220;,\nsuch as, for example, providers of IT and logistics services\nfunctional to the operation of the Sites, outsourcing or cloud\ncomputing service providers, professionals and consultants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nThe data may also be communicated to the tax authorities\nand\/or other public authorities where required by law or at their\nrequest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nUsers have the right to obtain a list of any data\nprocessors appointed by the Data Controller, by making a request to\nthe Data Controller in the manner indicated in paragraph 3 below.<\/p>\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>Rights of the Data Subject<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n<p>\nUsers may exercise the rights granted to them by the\nApplicable Law by contacting the Holder in the following ways:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n&#8211; By sending a registered letter with return receipt to\nthe registered office of the Holder \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> &#8211; By sending an e-mail to the address <a href=\"mailto:privacy@rbw.it\">privacy@rbw.it<\/a>;  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nIn accordance with the Applicable Law, users may\nexercise the rights referred to in art. 15 et seq. of the Regulation,\nin the manner provided for ex art. 12 of the Regulation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> If he\/she considers that the processing of his\/her data violates the Regulation, he\/she has the right to <strong>lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority<\/strong> (in the Member State in which he\/she is habitually resident, in the Member State in which he\/she works or in the Member State in which the alleged violation has occurred).
